Mr Shoukath Sherif

Chairman and Managing Director

Shoukath Sherif is a stalwart of the service industry with over 35 years of experience in the leisure travel and supply chain business. He has a wealth of exposure to business around the globe, with a strong presence in the China-India-UAE markets. He has also been associated in the minerals and metals trade, as well as representing global automobile brands such as Nissan and Harley Davidson in India.

Outside of his business endeavours, Mr. Shoukath Sherif also plays a significant role in promoting entrepreneurship. He is a director of the United Economic Forum which works to improve the socio-economic status of the community, with a focus on youth and the leaders of tomorrow. He is also associated with the rotary club of Madras for over two decades as a PHF

Zain Sherif is the 4th generation carrying forward the legacy of Sherif Global. He is an enterprising, driven young individual. He completed his degree, BSc (Hons) Management, at the University of Bath, UK with additional certifications obtained in supply chain management from Rutgers University of New Jersey, USA.

Zain has also worked in the corporate finance and private equity spaces during
his stints with Deloitte and Elara Capital UK where he gained a deep understanding of the world of finance.

He is currently pursuing his MBA in Supply Chain Management.

President

Johny is the president of our company overlooking the overall operations and running of the organization.

Having over 20 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry,
Johny has a demonstrated record of maximising organisational efficiency aided by his expertise in container shipping, freight forwarding, CHA, transportation, air freight, and contract logistics.
He has been in the forefront of the development and implementation of innovative logistics and supply chain strategies.

Souriraajan is an MBA Graduate and has over 30 years of experience in Leisure Travel, Shipping and Supply Chain Management. Having been with the group for nearly three decades, he is well versed in all facets of the supply chain. Currently, he spearheads all areas of our India Marketing, Operations & Administration.

Mr S Venkatesh

Venkatesh is a dedicated and reliable Marine Chief Engineer with a strong record of quality vessel safety maintenance. With 30 years of sailing experience on bulk carriers, tankers and VLCC and 15 years with the rank of Chief Engineer in NYK Ship Management in Singapore, Venkatesh is able to manage and direct crews of various sizes to ensure maximum vessel operational efficiency. He is also adept at emergency responses to a variety of situations.

Adil Sha has over 18 years of experience in shipping and supply chain operations. His experience in dry bulk and container operations help in implementing effective strategies for optimising port operations thereby providing solutions that maximise efficiency and cost savings.
Currently, he oversees our major port operations for both bulk and container businesses across ports.
